
Lance Curry
Lance Curry is an experienced appellate attorney known for his ability to tackle complex legal issues. Lance has handled a wide variety of appeals, including those arising from complex commercial disputes, medical and legal malpractice cases, and other personal injury matters.
Before joining Brannock Berman & Seider, Lance worked for a prominent statewide personal injury firm, where he handled the firm’s appeals and complex motions. Before that, he was a shareholder at Hill Ward Henderson, focusing on commercial litigation and appellate issues. Early in his career, Lance was a staff attorney for Justice Charles Wells at the Florida Supreme Court.
Lance has also held leadership positions with The Florida Bar. He previously served as Chair of both the Civil Procedure Rules Committee and the Appellate Court Rules Committee, and he is currently serving on the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee. He has been repeatedly recognized for his work in appellate practice and commercial litigation by publications like Florida Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America®.
Lance enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves outdoor activities like fishing, boating, camping, and hiking.
