Joe Eagleton Named Shareholder

Appellate attorney Joe Eagleton, an associate at Brannock Humphries & Berman for the last six years, has been elected a shareholder of the firm.

Mr. Eagleton came to Brannock Humphries & Berman after serving as a senior staff attorney at the Florida Supreme Court.  Since joining the firm, he has handled appeals in all of Florida’s appellate courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, as well as in two federal circuit courts of appeal.  His appellate practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and significant family-law matters.  Joe is a leader in the state and local appellate bars, having served multiple stints on the executive council of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section and as the longtime co-chair of Hillsborough County’s Appellate Practice Section.
