Celene Humphries Talks Trial Strategy at Florida Justice Association Seminar
Brannock Humphries & Berman shareholder Celene Humphries was a panelist at a Florida Justice Association webinar focused on anticipating and overcoming common difficulties presented by trials.
Celene, who regularly provides appellate support to trial teams in a variety of complicated, large damage cases, was joined by Sean Domnick of Domnick Cunningham & Whalen and Matthew Posgay of Coker Law in the half-day event. The panel identified issues that often arise at trial, on everything from late-disclosed witnesses to improper questioning, and discussed best practices for successfully maneuvering these trial tactics. In addition to covering common points of contention, the panel also addressed new issues resulting from Covid-related trial changes.
The Florida Justice Association is an organization of lawyers who dedicate their practice to representing Florida consumers and people who have been injured. Celene is a longtime member of the Florida Justice Association and a frequent speaker at the organization’s events.
