Ceci Berman Presents at Popular Appellate Year-in-Review Webinar

Along with fellow appellate specialist Chrissy Davis, Brannock Berman & Seider shareholder Ceci Berman spoke at the highly anticipated annual round-up of Florida appellate law presented by the Bar’s Appellate Practice Section.

Offered each January, this webinar is designed to provide updates on the main developments, rule changes, and appellate precedents of the last year.  True to form, Ceci and Chrissy offered key insights into developing legal trends, recounted the pertinent news stories from 2024, and apprised attendees of the changes 2024 brought to appellate practice in Florida.  They also offered ideas about where the law is headed in 2025 and beyond.

A past chair of the Section, Ceci is a highly regarded and often featured speaker at the Section’s continuing legal education programs.
