Brannock & Humphries Obtains Affirmance In Contested Divorce Case

Just a week after a spirited oral argument in Tampa, the Second District Court of Appeal today fully upheld the trial court’s ruling in a hard-fought dissolution of marriage lawsuit.

Appearing on behalf of the former wife, Brannock & Humphries successfully fended off challenges from her ex-husband that attempted to undo the trial court’s calculation of child support, distribution of real estate, and valuation of the couple’s business entities.
