Brannock Humphries & Berman Shareholders Listed Among Florida’s Legal Elite

Steve Brannock, Celene Humphries, and Ceci Berman were all recognized in the 2021 edition of Florida Legal Elite, a distinction achieved by just over one percent of active Florida Bar members.

Now in its eighteenth year, Florida Legal Elite is released every July in Florida Trend magazine. According to the magazine’s publisher, the ranking provides the 270,000 readers of Florida Trend with a peer-reviewed listing of the best lawyers in the state.

Steve, Celene, and Ceci were all named to this year’s Legal Elite list, which includes fewer than 65 Florida appellate practitioners.  Steve and Celene are also among an even smaller number of Florida lawyers who have been inducted into the Legal Elite Hall of Fame, based on consistently earning high rankings from their peers in the annual voting.  Celene achieved Hall of Fame status in 2013 and Steve was inducted the following year, in 2014.   

Florida Legal Elite’s multi-layered selection process asks all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys they hold in highest regard – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others.  Nominees are then reviewed by a panel of previous Legal Elite winners representing different practice areas in cities across the state.
