Brannock Humphries & Berman Again Receives Top Marks in Annual Law Firm Rankings

The 2023 edition of the U.S. News-Best Lawyers^® “Best Law Firms” rankings have been released, recognizing Brannock Humphries & Berman as one of Tampa’s best for appellate practice, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. 

The genesis of a law firm’s ranking is the inclusion of at least one lawyer in the most recent edition of Best Lawyers, which this year featured many of Brannock Humphries & Berman’s attorneys. From there, clients are asked to provide feedback on the firm, addressing things like expertise, responsiveness, understanding of a business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, civility, and whether they would refer another client to the firm. Other lawyers are also canvassed, similarly addressing a firm’s expertise, responsiveness, whether they would refer a matter to the firm, and whether they consider the firm a worthy competitor. After the data is compiled, U.S. News and Best Lawyers compare firms across practice and metropolitan areas, assigning them to three tiers based on their scores.

For the third straight year, Brannock Humphries & Berman received a premier first-tier ranking for the Tampa office’s work in three practice areas. The firm was ranked in metropolitan tier one for appellate practice, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation-plaintiffs. This top-tier ranking signifies a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise.
