Brannock Berman & Seider Leads Florida Appellate Rankings

Praising the firm’s high-caliber team of legal talent, Chambers USA has once again recognized Brannock Berman & Seider as one of Florida’s best law firms for appellate practice. And with four lawyers also individually ranked, Brannock Berman & Seider continues to lead all other firms statewide in the number of appellate lawyers in Chambers’ 2024 guide.

Chambers USA is known for its rigorous and independent methodology. It is considered the “gold standard” for legal rankings, evaluating lawyers and law firms alike based on technical legal ability, client service, depth of team, commercial vision and business understanding, diligence, and value for money. Rankings are not completed and released until Chambers’ full-time research staff conducts in-depth telephone and online interviews with clients and lawyers.

This year, just like last, Steve Brannock was ranked in “Band 1” for appellate practice, one of just 10 Florida lawyers to receive Chambers’ top billing. Clients praised his knowledge, experience, and judgment.

Ceci Berman received similar accolades. In “Band 2” of the 2024 Chambers guide, clients described her as responsive and insightful.

For the second straight year, Phil Padovano was ranked in “Band 3,” with clients singling out not only his work on cases but his oft-cited treatises, which are relied on by judges and practitioners alike.

Rounding out the firm’s individual rankings, Chambers recognized Tom Seider as an “up and comer.” The guide commented on Tom’s work in product liability cases in particular.

Only six other law firms, of any size, made Chambers’ Florida appellate rankings.
