Tom Seider Appointed Chair-Elect of Florida Justice Association’s Appellate Section

Brannock Humphries & Berman shareholder Tom Seider, an active member of the Florida Justice Association’s Appellate Practice Section, will take the reins next year as its leader.

At this year’s annual Florida Justice Association convention, Tom was selected to serve as chair-elect of the organization’s appellate arm. In this role, he will assist the current chair with the section’s programming and mission to promote effective appellate advocacy. He will then take over as chair next year.

The FJA’s Appellate Practice Section is dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in Florida’s state and federal appellate courts, defending their verdicts and helping shape the law to protect other victims of tortious conduct. The section presents continuing legal education programs, publishes articles, and offers support to the FJA’s amicus curiae committee.
