Brannock Humphries & Berman Welcomes New Law Grad
Torri Macarages, a 2020 cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, is the newest member of Brannock Humphries & Berman’s all-star appellate team.
An award-winning moot court champion, Torri brings an impressive resume to the firm. She graduated in the top 8% of her law school class, received the book award for the highest grade in her Property Law course, placed first in the Florida Moot Court Team’s 33rd annual Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe competition, and served as secretary of the Student Bar Association. Torri received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where she double-majored in Public Relations and Psychology. During law school, she interned for Judge Paul Huck in Miami and worked as a summer associate at the international law firm White & Case LLP.
Torri enjoys running and listening to history podcasts. She will begin her work at Brannock Humphries & Berman as a Supervised Practice Participant under the special program established by the Florida Supreme Court for recent law graduates affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and will become the firm’s newest associate upon successful passage of the Florida Bar Exam in mid-October.
Brannock Humphries & Berman is thrilled to welcome Torri to the firm.
